Message From the Director
As the Department of Human Resources looks toward a productive 2009, we keep in mind the things that unite us in fulfilling our common goals: increased efficiency; improved responsiveness to our clients; and effective management of our resources. In doing so, we continue to be mindful of our Reform Initiatives which are tagged "Desirable Change" and ardently pledge to carry them through 2009 and beyond. In 2009 we pledge to increase communication on a professional and personal level; ensuring that the Department's goals and objectives become integral to each member of the Public Service. Personalizing these goals on the departmental level ensures that our HR team will utilize all tools in our artillery to plan, deliver and respond to the needs of our clients. The end result of these combined approaches along with our 2009 initiatives will better prepare this organization to serve you.
