Planning
We provide the Public Service with a well-designed,
flexible organisational structure. Workforce

We forecast the organisation’s human resource
needs, both in terms of numbers and skill mix, in
alignment with the organisation’s vision,
mission and objectives. Procurement/Employment
We attract, place and appropriately retain requisite
numbers of high quality people for the Public Service.
Human Resource Development
We provide an appropriate mix of training and education
programmes to optimize the talents of the organisation’s
people. Compensation Management
We design, develop, and administer appropriate competitive
compensation packages that are aligned with the
organisation’s vision, mission, values, objectives,
and capacity to pay. Integration
