Public Service Comission
The Department acts as the Secretariat for the Public Service Commission, the independent board that reviews and advises the Governor on all employment matters relating to the Government. The Commission is comprised of five members: One is appointed by the Chief Minister, one by the Leader of the Opposition, one by the Civil Service Association, and two by the Governor. Its present members are: Mrs. Antoinette Skelton (Chairperson)

Judicial and Legal Service Comission
The Department acts as the Secretariat for the Judicial and Legal Service Commission, the independent board that reviews and advises the Governor on employment matters related to the legal profession.
The Commission is comprised of three members:
